MIAMI: Police Arrest Woman Following $15,000 Rolex Theft at Local Apartment

A local woman was taken into custody nearly two months after investigators say she fled with a luxury timepiece valued at $15,000. Police reports indicate the incident began on July 17 when the victim encountered two women at Casa Neos and invited them back to his residence.

According to investigators, the women entered the apartment around 3 a.m. One of the suspects unfastened the Rolex from the resident's wrist without authorization and immediately passed it to 42-year-old Ayzha Flenoury. When the victim noticed the watch was missing and demanded its return, both women became hostile and exited the premises separately.

Key details in the case

The victim pursued the woman holding the watch as she entered a silver Honda and drove away. Detectives later utilized area surveillance footage and records from a rental company to track the vehicle and identify Flenoury, noting she appeared in the video wearing identical clothing.

Authorities brought Flenoury to police headquarters on Monday for questioning. Arrest documentation states she viewed footage of the event but denied involvement. She now faces charges of third-degree grand theft and burglary of an occupied dwelling, with bond set at $7,500 alongside a Nebbia requirement following a probable cause determination by a judge.
